As a former care inspector with the Care Quality Commission I am now a well established care consultant with over 20 years experience in compliance. Â I was part of the team that wrote the KLOEs back in 2014 and was a member of the panels that decided whether services were rated Outstanding. Â I am now proud to support registered services to demonstrate their best, to understand changes in regulation and to improve their practice when this is needed. I specialise in supporting services to achieve a rating of Outstanding and have many clients who now enjoy this rating with all the benefits this brings. I also help with completing the PIR, with responses to CQC when they have issues Warning Notices, and with any other compliance related issues
