Lisa brings over 20 years of sales expertise, including more than 12 years in the care sector, with a proven track record of driving occupancy for multiple care homes. With an empathetic approach to sales, she has developed sector-specific training for care teams of all levels, and implemented systems to equip them with the tools to guide families through the decision making process.
